Dr. Decker was born and raised in Langley, B.C., and attended Langley Fundamental Middle Secondary School. After high school, he began his university studies at UFV, where he studied a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree before transferring to sciences at UBCO in Kelowna. He graduated from UBCO in 2018, with a Bachelor of Science Degree composed of a major in Biology and minor in Economics. After a brief break in his studies, he attended dental school in Australia, where he graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2024.
Since graduating from dental school, Dr. Decker continues to attend various continuing education courses throughout the year, to ensure he stays current in the rapidly advancing world of dentistry.
Dr. Decker is an avid antique vehicle collector and restorer; a passion he acquired from his late maternal grandfather. He is a long-time member of the Vintage Car Club of Canada and the Totem Model A & T Club. In his spare time, he can be found at his Langley property tinkering on various vehicles within his collection, partaking in car club activities, or attending other automotive events across North America. Dr. Decker also enjoys skiing during the winter, and various watersports during the summer.
